Bio of the Author:
Meet Sandy Kingsley
For about 18 years, I worked with developing and established leaders and organizations in the non-profit sector in Colorado, Vermont, New York, and Washington. I graduated from the University of Michigan (go blue) with concentrations in History of Art and French; I am honored to be a Colorado Trust Leadership Fellow and received my Masters in Non-Profit Management from Regis University in 2003. I have spent many years in non-profit management and fundraising, raising money and developing organizations for educational rights, environmental conservation, youth development, and social justice.
I have traveled extensively in and out of the U.S.; health and balance have always been integral on my journey. My transition to becoming a life coach has been a very natural one—I love working with people, am very curious, and I love helping people see and reach their full potential, at work, at play and at rest!
I also love hiking, travel, telemark skiing, flowers, cinnamon roles, my cat Parvati, and my yoga practice. Acknowledging the need for more stillness, grace, and peace in my spirit, I committed to deepening my yoga practice and became a certified yoga instructor in June 2008. The freedom, spiritual expansion, and growth that this continues to manifest, along with my ability to listen and empower clients to become aware of their own inner strengths, are gifts that I bring to Core Coaching and Consulting clients.
I am passionate about connecting to the place of inspiration, curiosity, and expansiveness. From there, anything is possible, including true mastery, fulfillment, and success in your business and in your life.
